Your role

Together with your sales & logistics colleagues, you are the linchpin, ensuring that the internal processes arising from sales activities run smoothly within Bouwstoffen Unie. Your goal is maximum customer satisfaction and timely delivery of ordered building materials.

Your TAKEN PACKAGE

Your range of tasks is very diverse and varied. It ranges from customer contact and purchasing to working out quotations and organizing transports. Here is a small summary of your responsibilities:

TAKEN

  • You speak to (potential) customers and suppliers;

  • You develop quotations;

  • You follow up on quotations made;

  • You will support the field sales force with commercial actions;

  • You will take and record orders;

  • You arrange and organize transports;

  • You purchase materials and services; Goes Here

  • You plan orders so that they are delivered within agreed time;

  • You process delivered orders administratively;

What do you bring?

  • You have at least MBO 4 working and thinking level;

  • You have an affinity for transport and preferably experience in this field; for example, as a transport planner or logistics employee;

  • You have knowledge of Microsoft Office automation packages (Microsoft Dynamics is a plus);

  • You have verbal and written communication skills in both Dutch and English. And preferably also in German;

  • Andelst is easily accessible to you.

What do we offer?

  • 32 - 40 hours per week

  • Working hours to be determined by mutual agreement

  • 25 vacation days + 10 atv days

We offer a complete and very comprehensive product range. From sand, crushed gravel (split), gravel, limestone and crushed stone in bulk to color minerals and lightweight secondary aggregates. Our secondary building materials range is constantly expanding to include concrete aggregates, pulverized coal fly ash, e-base ash and slag.
