Collaborations
Bouwstoffen Unie works together from various levels. For example, we are a subsidiary and extension of the raw material producers Rheno Kieß und Splitt AG and Agemo AG, so we still have reserves of Upper Rhine Gravel for decades to come. So we can still supply many millions of tons for the Concrete Industry and Road Construction in the Netherlands and Belgium.
In addition, Bouwstoffen Unie BV has a number of sister companies with which they cooperate.
GRIND- EN ZANDHANDEL BOS
Grind- en Zandhandel Bos is based in Deventer. For more than 50 years it has supplied various materials for the concrete industry, residential and commercial construction, civil engineering and trade. Grind- en Zandhandel Bos has its own storage and transshipment facilities in Deventer and Zwolle (Katerveer). Due to its location on large bodies of water, various materials can be transported by ship and are therefore logistically advantageous.
Steengoed Minerals BV
As a supplier of mineral building materials for clients in the concrete industry and infrastructure sector, Steengoed Minerals supplies various primary and secondary raw materials, particularly in the eastern Netherlands. Steengoed Minerals has access to the excellent raw material reserves of its shareholders and responds to the ever-changing requirements and wishes of the market. There is extensive experience with and technical knowledge of the properties and application of the raw materials in various projects. Steengoed Minerals operates in various sectors: earth, road and hydraulic engineering, railroad construction, the sports and recreation sector, the concrete industry and the contracting industry.
Bovoss B.V.
Bovoss in Oss was created in 2023 from a cooperation between Bouwstoffen Unie and BouwOort and Vissers Ploegmakers B.V. With this cooperation, we have created a long-term supply security of scarce raw materials for the concrete industry and road construction in the Netherlands and especially in the southern Netherlands.
Bovoss, Bouwstoffen Overslag Oss, supplies various types and sizes of gravel, gravel, sand and secondary building materials. These materials arrive directly from extraction by ship at the modern storage and transshipment hub in Oss, North Brabant. This is where storage and transhipment take place. This allows us to deliver your raw materials turn-key in the Netherlands.
Bovoss ensures a short chain in raw material supply, which is not only efficient, but also highly sustainable. With as little handling and mileage as possible, the products are delivered to the customer.
